and needs. Approximately 1 in 133 people today experience some
form of allergy/intolerance to wheat and or gluten. A wheat-free,
gluten-free diet is essential in the treatment of Celiac Disease,
Dermatitis Herpetiformis, Autism, gluten intolerance, food allergies,
and other autoimmune disorders.
Wheat-free/gluten-free dining does not have to be tasteless, or
restricted to a plain burger or chicken breast. At Stillwater
Restaurant and Wine Bar,we offer a separate, wheat-free/gluten-free
menu. We use products from dedicated companies such as Gluten-Free
Pantry, Kinnikinnick, Pamela’s and Sylvan Border Farms.
